Club-kids, Cain and Ashley, team up to model in a one of kind and interactive life drawing class.About this Event
As part of the week long Matt Ford exhibition VOYEUR: stories portrait and sex, we will be hosting a one off life drawing class featuring two of london's most loved club kids and gogo dancers. Ashley Reece and Cain.
The class will be hosted by Joshua Beaty. Artist, designer and Central Saint Martins academic.
He has worked with Julie Verhoeven, Charles Jeffrey, Joyce Hong Kong, Palais de Tokyo, Phoebe English and the Sarabande Foundation, amongst others.
As an artist he has exhibited internationally. He is a member of the academic team on the BA Fashion Programme at Central Saint Martins.
Requirments:
- We will provide basic paper and charcole. But feel free to bring your own equipment.
- The class is interative and uses unconventional methods.
- Refeshments provided.
- Please ask about any wheelcheair acsess and requirments.
- Class starts 7:30. Please arrive no later than that.
- The gallery will be open all day if you want to look at the exhibition before we start the class.
- We aim to finish between 21:00 - 21:30
