You'll be guided through relaxation and deep listening to open you, ready to receive the vibrationally shifting Tibetan and crystal sound healing, helping to restore harmony to out of balance vibrations — caused by stress, illness, or emotional challenge.
You'll then experience live classical violin and piano music played live by exceptional musicians: pianist, sound healer and founder of Lie Down and Listen Christina McMaster and stunning violinist Philippa Mo.
In a deeply relaxed state, you'll be open to emotional release and surrender into the spiritual realm as you feel the music, even before you hear it.
