LIDO BEACH CLEANUP - MAY 16th
REGISTRATION REQUIRED || Please, no "Walk up" volunteers day of
Join Sarasota City and Keep Sarasota County Beautiful on Saturday, May16, 2026, at Lido Beach for a morning of community service and positive impact.
Important Event Info

WHERE TO MEET: We will meet South Lido Parking Lot (a map will be emailed to you, after registration)
RELEASE FORMS: After registering for the event on Eventbrite, be sure to fill out a release form prior to the event which can be done online. Step 2: GAC Release Form
TIME: Cleanup will begin at 8:00 AM
WHAT TO WEAR: Volunteers should wear closed-toe shoes like sneakers, along with sun protection and clothing suitable for the weather.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Sarasota City and KSCB will provide all cleanup supplies.
PARKING: Parking is available at the location. Follow Ben Franklin Dr. all the way to the end. Carpooling is always encouraged!

Info: During the event, we will be actively removing litter from S. Lido Beach north to Lido Beach. This effort not only enhances the community but also has a positive impact on the surrounding environment. It's a fantastic opportunity to give back and make a meaningful difference!

Report
Info: During the final part of the event, you'll report your litter collection to the site captain. Your efforts have played a key role in keeping Sarasota County beautiful—thank you for making a difference!
