Lichfield District Scouts Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday 9th September 2025. We invite all our members to attend. The event will be held at The Guildhall, Lichfield and will commence at 7.30pm. Refreshments will be available after the event
Car parking: There are no car parking spaces at the venue although there are several car parks nearby.
Please email myself if you wish to give your apologies.
Full uniform and decorations to be worn where appropriate please.
We will be following the standard agenda and include a review of year. A full copy of the Trustees Annual Report and consolidated accounts will be available on the evening and after the meeting. At the end of the formal event we invite you to join us for refreshments. We hope that District members will stay to socialise at the end of the evening.
We look forward to seeing as many District members as possible.
