Like tattoos? Like libraries?Hit two birds with one tatt on Monday, July 22 at the Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library. $100 for black and grey, $150 for color (depends on design). Flash will be revealed slowly between now and the event. Tattoos will be given first come first served between 12 - 8 pm!
There will also be temporary tattoos, live music, food trucks, and more so much more.
