About the Solar Eclipse in Libra
New Moons are typically times of new beginnings and setting intentions. However, during a lunar or solar eclipse, our cosmic assignment is to lean back, slow down, and let the Universe work its magic over our lives (rather than taking part in active manifestation or magic rituals).
Eclipses are auspicious times where the energies in our luminaries (the Sun and the Moon) are unstable and inconsistent. They occur when the moon reaches the upper or lower boundaries of its elliptical orbit, known as the Lunar Nodes.
This is a time of fated plot points, clearing old karma, and reclaiming your destiny. Many people experience "timeline shifts" or quantum leaps around eclipse season!
Fun fact: This is the final eclipse near the South Node in Libra that we’ll experience for nearly two decades.
