Join us for a deeply restorative Full Moon Sound Bath at The Sanctuary in Calgary. This evening is designed as a space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through the power of sound and stillness.
The Libra Full Moon invites themes of balance, harmony, and emotional clarity. It is a time to release what feels heavy or misaligned and gently return to center. Through guided meditation and immersive sound healing, this session will support you in creating space internally while restoring a sense of calm and grounding in the body.
This experience is intentionally simple and quiet. Just you, the sound, and the space to reset.
What to Expect:
- Opening grounding meditation to settle the body and mind
- Crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound instruments designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
- A quiet, spacious environment to rest, reflect, and reset
Why Sound Healing:
Sound healing uses vibration and harmonic frequencies to help the body shift out of stress and into deep relaxation. Many participants report feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded after a session.

Duration:
Approximately 60-75 minutes of sound immersion with time before and after to settle in.
This is a scent free event to ensure the space remains accessible and comfortable for everyone.
What to Bring:
For your comfort, please bring:
- Yoga mat
- Blanket
- Pillow
- Water bottle
Self heated eye masks will be provided for added comfort during the session.
A limited number of blankets and pillows will be available if needed.
