1. All contestants must register by May 16, 2026.

2. Winner categories include:

e. Prettiest Hair

f. Prettiest Eyes

g. People’s Choice

3. A photographer will be at the pageant. Each contestant will be photographed and one digital portrait is included in your registration. You will be able to purchase additional digital or print packages from the photographer separately.

4. This is a Natural Pageant. Judges decisions are final. Please be respectful of their decisions.

5. Each contestant will be allowed to have ONE adult backstage with them to assist them. This adult assistant will be given a wrist band and can be the ONLY person backstage with the contestant before and after the pageant. All adults assisting in the Junior Miss pageant must leave the backstage area 15 minutes before the start of the pageant. Adults with wrist bands can accompany a child in the Little Miss pageant on stage. Judges will not count off for children who are accompanied on stage.

6. Adult Assistants with wrist bands must take all of the contestant’s personal items out of the dressing/ backstage area at least 15 minutes before the pageant begins. Liberty Day Pageant nor The City of Columbiana is responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items. Any items left behind after the pageant begins will be donated to charity or thrown away. We have two pageants happening on May 23rd, we must turn over dressing rooms to allow every contestant to get ready.

7. All contestants must remain with their group until crowning. Contestants will be supervised backstage while they wait.

8. People’s Choice will be done in the entry of the Grande Hall. Family members/ friends may put cash towards a contestant’s photo and the contestant with the most cash will win.

9. Pageant practice will be on Friday, May 22nd from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. This will be your contestants only opportunity to practice walking on the stage. Please have contestants bring their pageant shoes. The stage will not be open for practice on Saturday.
