Throughout the asana practice, emphasis will be placed on breath awareness, allowing you to deepen your connection to the present moment and release tension stored within the body. This workshop is being offered as part of our Advanced Teacher Training and is free to attend. Donations for the Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund are accepted, though not expected.
