I often hear people in the yoga world say we “are only as young as our spines feel” but some days after hours of computer work, and driving, our backs don’t feel so youthful anymore. Mine certainly doesn’t!
In this workshop we will liberate our spines with a unique sequence of postures and backbends to leave us feeling rejuvenated with light heart.
Celia will use the magic of Forrest yoga, anatomical knowledge, and plentiful props to teach you how to build your relationship with your lower back in a fun, exciting and challenging way.
Individual adjustments will be given to accommodate injuries and to teach you to tailor poses to your specific needs.
This workshop is open for all levels and no previous knowledge of Forrest Yoga is necessary.
