Liberating Structures, created by Henri Lipmanowicz and Keith McCandless, offer a fresh, practical way to collaborate. These 33 simple microstructures help any group unlock the insights and contributions of everyone involved. In this hands-on meetup, you’ll experience how they bring energy, trust, and collective intelligence to life.
Topic of this meetup
During this meetup, we’ll focus on 15% Solutions. This Liberating Structure invites people to look for small, meaningful actions they can take right away. Instead of waiting for permission or large-scale change, you ask: “What is within my control, even if it’s just 15%?”
By sharing these actions with others, participants often discover more room to move than they initially thought. The next step is making those actions concrete and, where useful, asking for help to move forward. It is simple on the surface, yet surprisingly empowering in practice.

This meetup is open to everyone — no prior experience is required. Whether you’re just discovering Liberating Structures or looking for new inspiration as a seasoned practitioner, you’re very welcome.
