On February 23, 2026, Liberated Leaders Lab will be introducing our 8-week transformational experience for first-time and evolving BIPOC leaders ready to unlearn survival mode and lead from wholeness, clarity, and power. This exclusive and informational meeting will outline the entirety of the program and offer first come first serve access to sign up!
Co-created by Orange Tree Counseling & Consulting (Brenda Reavis) and Within Me Coaching (Zipporah Jarmon), this cohort blends strategic coaching and intuitive leadership development with culturally rooted, decolonized guidance for those who are building their vision while becoming themselves.
Together, we’ll move through:
- Releasing internalized expectations of perfection, urgency, and people-pleasing
- Honoring emotional truth and boundary-setting as leadership skills
- Creating sustainable personal systems for decision-making, delegation, and direction
- Receiving support, feedback, and connection in a space made for you
