Liberate Your Heart: A Cacao Ceremony for Self-Love and Rebirth
November invites us inward. Under the mysterious waters of Scorpio season, we are called to shed old skins, release what no longer aligns, and remember who we truly are beneath the noise.
Join us at Studio Liber8, Montréal’s urban retreat space, for an intimate Cacao Ceremony dedicated to returning to self — a soulful evening of heart-opening ritual, reflection, and reconnection.
Ceremonial cacao (Theobroma cacao — “food of the gods”) has been used for centuries in Mayan and Aztec traditions as a sacred plant ally to awaken the heart, deepen presence, and facilitate emotional healing. Through the gentle medicine of cacao, guided meditation, and somatic practices, we’ll journey from the mind back into the body — from striving to self-love, from control to surrender.
Expect to feel grounded, expanded, and renewed.
