About this Event
In the heart of today’s multicultural Queens, Liana, a young Latina musician, struggles to balance family expectations with her own artistic dreams. Caught between tradition and ambition, she finds an unexpected guide in her great-grandmother Pilar, a passionate flamenco dancer from 1930s Spain. With an original score blending flamenco, Latin jazz, and hip-hop, LIANA weaves magical realism with live music to explore identity, heritage, and self-discovery. Join this powerful journey through music and culture!
