Teas and coffees will be provided at the DoubleTree, and then we’ll set off on an informal walk along the canal towards Kirkstall Abbey (or further if you’re feeling adventurous!).
It’s a great chance to enjoy the outdoors, get some fresh air, and connect with others while having open conversations about wellbeing, mental health, and physical health.
The event is free and open to all, but if you’d like, you’re welcome to raise funds for your own charity while you walk.
If you’d like to attend, please register your attendance (and any members of your team) via the Eventbrite link – this helps us keep an eye on numbers and facilitate accordingly.
So, lace up your trainers, bring some snacks, and join us for a morning of walking, chatting, and supporting wellbeing together!
