Our LGBTQIA+ Book Club is a blend of queer folk and allies from the local community who come together on one of the first Tuesdays of each month. We discuss a chosen title while providing a safe space to foster community. We strive to choose quality reads with positive and/or realistic queer representation; though we do recognize that such criteria is subjective to individual taste and experience. In April our discussion will be about The Other March Sisters "Giving all the “Little Women” the stories they deserve at last, this imaginative historical novel and companion to the much-loved classic draws Meg, Beth, and Amy March from behind the shadow of Jo – Louisa May Alcott’s alter-ego and the “author” of Little Women – as vibrant and unforgettable characters grappling with societal strictures, queer love, motherhood, chronic illness, artistic ambition, and more."
This title will be available in paperback on February 24th.
