It's time for another fun potluck! After our meditations and group discussions, we will break bread and just hang out and chat informally.
If you can't make it for the meditations, feel free to come by at any point.
Please bring some bites and drinks to share with others. But if you forget, we won't kick you out :)
We are building a community of LGBTQ+ people who are interested in meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, spirituality, and healing. We are on a lifelong journey of self-discovery.
Beginners welcome! As they say in Zen Buddhism, we should always maintain a "beginners mind."
Our events are casual, informal, and fun! We generally start with about 20 to 30 minutes of meditation practices, followed by discussion about what may have come up for us, or anything that feels appropriate to share. Perhaps a challenging experience we are going through, or a funny story that sparks joy. We all have much to learn from each other.
By the way, there is no pressure to speak in the group. If you prefer to just sit and listen, that's great! We're introverts, so we get it.
Our meditation styles range from mindfulness, to compassion practice, to visualizations and dream-like journeys exploring our unconscious.
The location of our events alternates between the West side and East side of LA. There is no cost to attend. We are not affiliated with any company, organization, or institution.
