LGBTQ+ Community End-of-life session on Pre-planning preparations and getting your affiars in order.
Thursday, May 16th 10 - 12 Noon, In Person & Virtual Hybrid Session
This session will provide the opportunity to look at and review the process of filling out an Advance Directive/DNR orders, choosing a health advocate, creating legacy and life review.
Zoom Link will be sent 2 days prior and day of event! This session will not be recorded to protect privacy of discussions.
Upcoming Surviving the Loss Grief Group,
May 22 - June 26, 2024 Wednesdays 2 - 3:30 PM, Virtual, Free. For LGBTQ+ community members who have lost someone in the last year.
A grief group for LGBTQ+ community members who have lost someone close to them, such as a partner, significant other, friend, family member, etc. This group meets for 6 weeks and is led by LGBTQ+ facilitators.The group will be closed to 10 participants, please register early!
