This gathering blends reflection, meditation, grounding practices and the immersive healing of a sound bath, offering a space to soften, attune, and return to balance. Through the use of crystal bowls and other soothing instruments, the vibrations promote nervous system regulation, mental clarity, emotional ease, and deep relaxation for the body and mind.

This is more than a wellness event. It’s a space to feel seen, supported, and connect with other like-minded queer women in a way that feels safe, affirming, and expansive. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed and nourished.
