Bring your friends and family, picnic blankets, dance moves, and good vibes to Gas Works Park, Seattle - Friday, August 16, 7-10PM for an evening of free music, performances, and circus arts awesomeness!No tickets are required but donations are accepted and encouraged if you would like to support the artists by buying a DONATION ticket.
This burning man-style get-together is a chance to give back to the community, collaborate with local artists, and build some creative inspiration. We encourage anyone and everyone to bring something to share, teach, perform, etc! (although this is not required). We are family-friendly, so feel free to bring your kiddos 😄.
This year we will be continuing the evening with an after-party starting at 10 PM at a local venue. Stay tuned for an exact location! While this is a free event, many of us put in substancial hours and, effort, and money to make it happen. Please follow our event ticket link to support us through donations.
Not a performer? That's ok! We are always looking to incorporate other forms of community engagement! Bring art, lawn games, yoga mats, snacks, or anything else fun that you can come up with!
NOTE: If the weather is bad we will be in the covered area, if it is good we’ll be outside 🙂
If you are interested in helping out, lending equipment, sharing or performing, please shoot us a message! Here's criteria for some forms of participation:
- Aerialists and acrobats: we want to create an accessible space for artists to emerge and perform. That being said, this is a high point over grass and oit is important for each individual to be responsible for their own risk assessment. No prior performance experience is required but you must be competent with a solid base of fundamentals in order to participate.
- DJs / Musicians: We wish we had time for all of you! Sadly we only schedule 3 per event and already have at least half booked. We will schedule out the rest by end of May. If you are interested in joining, please send us a message on FB or instagram and we will reach out to you at a later time.
- Art (visual or installation): we would love to have you! Please send us your info, ideas, and anything you need, or...just show up!
