Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy an evening of live music, food trucks, and local art vendors in one of Tallahassee’s most beautiful public spaces. It’s the perfect way to gather with friends, family, and neighbors while supporting local artists and downtown businesses. Beverages will be available for purchase at the Charlie Park bar on-site at the events.
Pharaohs of Funk is a vibrant traveling funk ensemble from Tallahassee, Florida, led by the dynamic horn veterans known as the Tallahassee Horns (Kirk Gavin and Aaron Watson). They blend funk, jazz, R&B, rock, and soulful vocals into high-energy performances that get people dancing and celebrating community at festivals, galas, and regional events throughout the Southeast. The band’s show emphasizes electrifying horns, groove-driven rhythms, and a joyful musical atmosphere that brings audiences together.
