Leveling the Playing Field: Period Equity at USC with LOLA and Happy Period

LOLA is partnering with Happy Period and USC Athletics to host an intimate, community-driven suite experience centered on period advocacy and equity. The evening will bring together USC students, alumni, and local LOLA community members who are passionate about destigmatizing periods and expanding access to safe, essential period care.

The event will begin with a panel discussion at 5:30 PM PT, featuring advocates and leaders in the period equity space, exploring the importance of education, access, and systemic change in menstrual health. Following the panel, guests will enjoy the USC Women’s Basketball game tipping off at 7:00 PM PT, creating a shared experience that blends advocacy, community, and women’s sports.

This activation reflects a shared commitment between Happy Period, LOLA, and USC Athletics to uplift menstrual health conversations, empower the next generation of advocates, and create meaningful spaces where impact and culture intersect.
