About this Event
Level Up Series: Building Health Into How We Work with Dr Louise Guilfoyle from The Balance Health Coaching
About this workshop
This workshop is designed for people who want to perform well at work without sacrificing their health in the process. Rather than treating wellbeing as something to fix outside of working hours, the session explores how health can be realistically integrated into the working day. Drawing on evidence from health research and real world coaching experience, the workshop looks at the impact of work demands on energy, focus and resilience, and why traditional advice often fails in busy, high pressure environments.
In this workshop, you will discover the key pillars of health and how these can be adapted to fit real workloads, meetings and responsibilities. With practical strategies that can be implemented immediately, and a better understanding of the simple habits that support both wellbeing and performance, attendees will leave with an understanding of how to feel more energised, in control and able to bring their best to work.
