Your teen's first job is closer than they think. Are they ready?
Most teens show up to their first job without knowing how to introduce themselves to a customer, what to do when they make a mistake, or how to answer "Tell me about yourself" in an interview. Level Up Life Lab fixes that — in just 2 hours.
What they'll learn:
- How to nail a first job interview (including what not to say)
- Customer service basics that actually get noticed by managers
- How to show up, communicate, and handle real workplace situations
- What employers wish every new hire already knew
Who is this for? Teens ages 13–19 in Edmonton who are preparing for their first job, currently job hunting, or starting a new position soon. No experience required — that's the whole point.
Who's teaching it? Level Up Life Lab is run by the owners of Foam Fighters — an Edmonton business that has hired and trained dozens of young people. This isn't theory. It's the stuff we actually look for when we hire teens.
What to expect:
- Small group, hands-on format
- Interactive activities and real scenarios
- Practical takeaways they can use immediately
- 2 hours at Foam Fighters
