Level Up Workshops:
10:00 – 11:15 - Strop Shapes with Flossie
Explore a new level of the hoop and unlock moves in and around the strop. Aerial hoop is so much more than a metal circle so come and experiment with even more of its potential.
Pre-requisites: You should have a confident mount, climb and dismount and experience carrying out top bar shapes without a spot.
11:30 – 12:45 - Dynamics with Liv
Get ready to level up your dynamics! This workshop is packed with high-flying drops and slick rolls that'll have you feeling like the main character.
Pre-requisites: You should be confident with all entries to the hoop and be able to get to the top bar without a spot. Long sleeves and leggings recommended.
1:15 – 2:30 - Hoop in Heels with Caitlin
Add a few inches to your hoop routines by combining aerial with heels. This class is sure to be full of sass and sensuality.
Pre-requisites: You should have a confident mount, climb and dismount. You will need to bring your own heels. These don’t have to be pole pleasers - heeled boots or commercial dance heels will also be suitable. Knee pads recommended.
2:45 – 4:00 - Tippy Hoop with Kayla
Take hoop to a whole new dimension. The hoop is rigged on a horizontal axis, meaning it can tip and flip allowing for dynamic moves, tricks and sequences.
Pre-requisites: Hoop experience advantageous but not essential.
4:15 – 5:30 - Low Flow with Kika
We’ll finish our day of workshops by taking it low and slow. Expect smooth transitions, hair flicks, and a routine that’s equal parts fun and empowering.
Pre-requisites: You should be confident in beginner hoop shapes. Knee pads optional.
