Reiki is a form of energy healing that awakens your spirit and heals your physically, mentally and spiritually. In Level One we will spend the day immersed in this energy learning how to heal ourselves and others.The day will include guided meditations, an attunement (Reiki initiation) and sessions so you will give and receive Reiki ensuring that you have a solid grasp on it. We will also learn 3 symbols that you can use to help ground and protect your energy field. It does not require any previous experience and is a hands on type of class.
