How long does the course take?
This version of the Level 3 Award in Education and Training course is delivered over 3 days in-person, with an optional fourth day to complete the written work. This means you will be complete within a week, but you can take longer to finish the written work if you prefer.
Who should do this course?
The Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) has been designed to introduce teaching for individuals who would like to work or currently work within FE Colleges, Independent Training Providers and/or Local Authorities. It is also a common train-the-trainer choice to qualify workplace trainers.
Units
Learners will achieve 12 credits across 3 units:
- Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training
- Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training
- Understanding assessment in education and training
