Reiki First Degree Training Course:
Join us for a beautiful and supportive introduction to Reiki, where you will learn the foundations of energy healing, self-treatment and working with others in a calm and welcoming environment.
During the day you will experience:
• A general overview of Reiki and course introductions
• Three ‘Reiju’ spiritual empowerments/attunements
• Simple exercises to help you feel and work with energy
• Learning the Japanese ‘Hatsu Rei Ho’ technique
• Japanese and Western-style self-treatment methods
• Demonstrations and practice sessions for treating others
• Learning how to feel and scan the energy field
• Giving and receiving a full Reiki treatment with another student
This hands-on training day is designed to help you build confidence, deepen your connection to Reiki and experience the energy for yourself.
Investment: £160
Includes your Reiki manual, mp3, lineage and beautiful certificate.
A non-refundable deposit of £80 is required in advance to secure your place.
Please bring a packed lunch with you on the day 😊 Hot drinks and snacks will be provided.
