About this Event
Foundation of Sound Healing With Vikrant (Vik) Rana
Introduction
Sound healing is not a modern discovery. It is an ancient yogic science rooted in Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound and vibration. For thousands of years, yogis and sages understood that sound is the subtlest force in existence—capable of influencing the mind, body, and consciousness.
Boston Vibrations exists to act as a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern sound healing, preserving the depth of traditional teachings while translating them into practical methods for today’s world.
What Is Nada Yoga?
Nada Yoga is one of the oldest yogic paths, using sound (Nada) as a tool for meditation, inner awareness, and healing. Classical yogic traditions teach that the entire universe including the human body is composed of vibration.
Nada Yoga works through:
- Inner sound (Anahata Nada)
- External sound (Ahata Nada)
- Mantra, resonance, and vibrational awareness
Through these practices, sound becomes a gateway to meditation, balance, and higher states of consciousness.
