AntiGravity Pilates is a fusion technique drawing from Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises. It stays true to the principles and goals of the Pilates methodology while including full inversions, which align and decompress the spine, setting the body up for success.The AntiGravity Hammock serves as an all-in-one apparatus replacing the need for traditional Pilates equipment and provides support for Mat exercises making them accessible to a greater variety of students.
Each class will provide 60 minutes of full body workout and 15 minutes of restorative movement. We will alternate stretching and strengthening exercises to achieve a stronger, more supportive core and greater spine mobility.
The class is open to all body types and fitness levels, but prior experience with the AntiGravity Hammock is highly recommended.
