You must register by using the link or calling the number below.***It’s the holiday season! Chances are good that you’ll feast on turkey sometime soon. This program will provide you with turkey “talking points” so you can get through those celebratory meals without having to resort to talking about the weather. You’ll learn natural history, fun facts and what makes a wild turkey different from a farm-raised turkey. The program will start indoors and end outdoors with an activity and a short hike in search of the perfect wild turkey habitat.

The hike and activities will take place over uneven, natural terrain of less than 1 mile. Hidden Oaks Nature Center is an accessible facility.
