Join The Roost on Thursday, April 23rd, for a lager-focused panel featuring Brauerei Schloss Eggenberg and Schilling Beer Company.

Our special guests for the evening include Karl Stöhr (8th generation owner of Eggenberg), Jeff Cozzens, (CEO and Co-Founder of Schilling), and John Lenzini (Technical Director and Co-Founder of Schilling). Moderated by Greg Engert (NRG Beverage Director and Partner).

Hear directly from the leaders of two renowned breweries as they discuss the history of European-style lager brewing, the stories and history behind their breweries, and the philosophies that guide their approach to beer.

There is no admission fee for this event. Guests are welcome to attend on a first-come, first-served basis.

For those who prefer to reserve a seat, tickets are available for $10, which include a guaranteed seat and a full pour of any featured beer.
