About this Event

Don’t let your schedule turn into a mess. Let’s talk about stress.

As leaders, we often feel like an overstuffed burrito—trying to hold everything together while the pressure keeps building. Between hectic schedules, team management, and personal goals, it’s easy to feel "shell-shocked."

Join us at The Farm (Roots to Rise HQ) for a unique workshop and networking social designed to help you recalibrate your leadership style and prioritize your mental wealth. This isn’t your average dry corporate seminar; we’re stepping away from the desks and onto the dirt to learn how to lead with grace and resilience.

What We’ll Cover:
  • The “Overstuffed Burrito” Syndrome: Learn the art of ruthless prioritization. We’ll help you separate the "essentials" from the "extra toppings" so you can focus on what actually moves the needle.
  • Managing the “Spiced-Up” Environment: Leadership can get heated. We’ll discuss practical techniques for cooling down workplace conflict and maintaining your "CEO Soft Girl" composure when things get spicy.
  • Wrapping it All Together (The Shell of Resilience): Your team is only as strong as your foundation. We’ll dive into boundary-setting and relaxation rituals that keep you grounded.

Event Highlights:
  • 🌮 Unlimited Taco Bar: Your $15 entry fee covers a full build-your-own taco experience.
  • 🌿 Guided Farm Walk: Take a breather and see the progress of our Farm Lab Fridays youth space.
  • 🤝 High-Level Networking: Connect with local bosses, founders, and community builders in a peaceful, outdoor setting.

Purpose & Impact:

This event is a fundraiser for the Kenya Women’s Pantry Project. While entry is only $15, we will have a dedicated donation station and QR codes available to support our mission of providing free feminine products to women across the sea in Kenya. Invest in yourself. Invest in your community. Let's taco 'bout it.
