About this Event

Spring is finally upon us!! I don’t know about you but I’m starting to come out of my winter hibernation and I’m eager to soak up some vitamin D. Let's Get Grounded is a zero-socialising-pressure event. This is a chance for us neurodivergent people to coexist and get that community feeling without the need to mask.

We will start with a calming walk around the Dene. This is a lush opportunity for us to get to know each other - yapping is very much welcome, and so is just walking along in silence! This is YOUR time, to fill up your cup in whichever way feels good to you.

Then, if you fancy it, I will lead you through a short guided meditation, specifically designed to regulate your nervous system. This will help you to reset and feel rejuvenated, ready to take on the upcoming week.

Please bring a mat/towel/blanket to sit on for the meditation :)
