Folklore, artist workshops, poetry readings and more, our magical afternoon event Letting the Light In at the Sainsbury Centre will celebrate the festival of Imbolc, marking the returning light at the end of the Celtic winter.Join us for free on Saturday 31 January, 2-5pm.
Created in collaboration with artists, writers and Norfolk and Waveney Mind, the event will foster hope, reflection and renewal. Artists Rachel Kurdynowska and Marnie Hardy, and writers Lotte L.S. and Gia Mawusi will devise creative workshops and performances that explore ways for us to care for ourselves, each other and the world around us.

🌿 2pm-3.30pm: Spinning Nettle: A workshop with artist Rachel Kurdynowska
🧿 2pm.3.30pm: Paper Amulets, Hopeful Incantations: A workshop with artist Marnie Hardy
👐 2pm-3.15pm: Compassion from the side lines: A workshop with mental health charity Norfolk and Waveney Mind
