A yin exploration of breath, fascia, muscle, bone and your nervous system. Come feel, come breathe, come change.
Rollers & balls available for trial use/purchase.
· 3 foot foam roller: correct density, so important. Bring your own and know that four densities will be available for you to trial/purchase.
· 4 inch smooth ball: for psoas release, exploration of fascia in organ body and gentle exploration of problem areas. Psoas release, strength, length, asymmetry will be part of our exploration.
· double tennis balls: to go deeper into sticky soft tissue around spine, hip, below knee and between shoulder and hand.
