An intuitive journey into expression and release
Come unwind and step into a space where there are no rules, no expectations, and no need to be “good” at art.
If you have ever felt the desire to paint, to express, or to simply try something new, this space is for you.
In this workshop, I gently guide you through a process of expressing what you feel, not what you see, allowing emotions, thoughts, and stories to move freely onto the canvas.
This is not about technique or perfection. It is about letting go, of control, of judgment, of what we hold inside.
Through simple prompts and intuitive painting, you will be invited to connect with yourself in a quiet, honest way.
No prior knowledge of art or painting is necessary. You are welcome exactly as you are.
I will be there to gently guide and support you throughout the process, holding space for whatever wishes to be expressed.
All art supplies will be provided, and you will leave with your very own painting.
This is a space to feel, to release, and to discover what unfolds when you allow yourself to simply be.
