As the trees let go of their leaves so they can rest deeply for winter and compost their seeds for spring, what can we let go of?
About this Event

Our bodies hunger for the routine and rhythm of Autumn, our bodies a constant dance of moving in and out of balance but particularly as we settle into Vata season and move towards the darker days. It's important to slow down and nurture ourselves, like taking stock of the inner stores, what we have harvested and what is over ripe. We need to take time to do this now, we need to work with these rhythms for our health and heart sake.
The over culture is of stress, disembodiment, and distraction.

We will use a gentle, flowing asana practice, restorative yoga and breathwork to plant our roots firmly, connect and let go, giving our nervous system a chance to rest and our hearts to connect. Let us move towards a state of balance, embodiment and true presence for the sake of all we share this earth with.
