Letters to My Inner Child: An Immersive Journaling Experience
Come join us for a free, unique event where we will dive deep into our past through the power of journaling, in collaboration with Tu Casa Wellness. Explore your inner child through writing prompts, guided meditation, and group discussions. This in-person experience will take place at Fort Tryon Park, in Washington Heights, providing a serene backdrop for self-reflection and growth. We will meet at Margaret Corbin Circle and start with a brief nature walk. Let's reconnect with our younger selves and uncover hidden truths together. No experience necessary, just an open heart and a willingness to explore. The event will also include a picnic for community connection, inner child connection activities & an exciting raffle!
Release Wellness NYC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing trauma-informed wellness and support for survivors. Our vision at Release Wellness NYC is that trauma survivors and immigrant communities are able to access resources, wellness classes and wellness services to experience healing, empowerment and support without experiencing financial burden. Our team is dedicated to providing a wide range of wellness services, workshops and community events to help survivors navigate their healing journey.
