We'll take a break from the chaos of our daily lives and learn to reconnect with ourselves through journaling. This event is not just a journey into our past. It's an opportunity to step away from current events and busy schedules to sit, reflect, ground ourselves, and begin the healing process.
During the event, we will delve into our pasts and write letters to our younger selves. Through various journaling exercises, we will explore the emotional weight we carry from childhood, redefine it, and reconnect with those feelings.
