About this Event

Join Councilman Stephens on the quarterly walks to increase awareness about health issues affecting our community. Participants will walk at their own pace around the Betty T. Ferguson Track.

Walk: Vice Mayor Stephens does quarterly walks to increase awareness about health issues affecting our community. Participants will walk at their own pace around the Betty T. Ferguson Track.
Run: The Running Edge, founded by Ashley Toussaint, is committed to promoting healthier lifestyles and building stronger communities through running. Each week they run in a different neighborhood as a way to give variety and share their love for fitness with the community. They assist and support runners of all levels, with techniques, strategies, best practices, and a positive mindset, in order to meet their running potential. Participants will run approximately 3 miles with the route starting and ending at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex.
