Let’s Talk: My Mental Health Matters is a powerful, faith based community series designed to bring real tools, real healing, and real hope to individuals and families across the Coachella Valley.
Join us each Thursday in May for dynamic, practical sessions led by experienced therapists, clinicians, and faith leaders who will address real life topics such as trauma, grief, purpose, and family communication. Each session is designed to equip you with tools you can immediately apply in your daily life.
We will conclude the series with a Community Mental Health and Wellness Expo featuring a keynote presentation, expert panel discussion, and access to valuable local resources and organizations dedicated to supporting mental wellness.
