In this class, we’ll explore the body’s natural detox pathways—the liver, kidneys, skin, lungs, and gut—and how to support them safely. You’ll have a chance to taste a few supportive herbs and learn how their flavor can offer clues to how they work in the body.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to choose herbal and lifestyle approaches that are safe, seasonal, and right for your body so you can move forward with confidence, not fear or confusion.
