Let's Taco 'Bout Mental Health

The National Alliance on Mental Illness Metropolitan Baltimore came to Carroll County in 2025, but has been serving Baltimore City and Baltimore County since 1983. We provide peer-led support groups and education for both people who live with a mental health condition as well as the people who love someone with a mental health condition. We also do free presentations rooted in lived experience for members of the community.

1 in 5 people live with a mental health condition. Still, it takes 11 years from symptom onset for people to seek help. This is largely because of stigma. So what are we going to do? We're going to Taco 'Bout It.

Join NAMI Metro Baltimore on June 4th, 2026 at the Exploration Commons' big meeting room to pig-out on some tacos, learn about NAMI, and talk about mental health.
