Join us at Newton Public Library for “Let’s Play Scrabble!” from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 21!Bring your own playing partners or come solo and meet fellow word lovers. Arrive at 5:30 p.m. or drop in later; open play continues until 7:30, when we’ll award prizes in fun categories, including Highest-Scoring Single Word.
Throughout the evening, we’ll share bonus word puzzles on our projector screen. The first player to call out the correct answer wins an extra blank tile to use in their current game.
Beverages and fresh-popped popcorn will be provided. If you have a Scrabble set at home, please bring it along. Sets will also be available at the library.
Scrabble players of all ages are invited to join the fun. Registration is requested so we can plan for the right number of participants. Use the form below to sign up.
