For our second event of the year, this time held not at the weekend, but on Thursday, we are returning to Oliwski Ratusz Kultury after almost two years. We’re excited to gather again in this inspiring space and invite you to a meeting focused on intercultural communication and professional life in Poland.⚖️ Employer’s and employee’s rights
Understanding your rights at work is essential — especially when navigating a new professional environment. In this session, Maja will explore the boundaries between an employer’s right to organise and manage their business and an employee’s right to dignity, equality and protection in the workplace.
Through practical examples, the presentation will help participants better recognise unfair treatment and understand both sides of the employment relationship.
🌍 Understand Polish culture
Working across cultures requires more than language skills — it requires understanding. During her session, Jagienka will introduce key cultural perspectives and psychological insights that help decode everyday workplace interactions in Poland and the Pomeranian region.
Participants will gain practical tools for navigating cultural differences and building stronger professional relationships.
👶 Workshops for kids
Want to join but worried about your children? Bring them along!
As always, while you take part in the event, children aged 3–11 can enjoy creative workshops designed to spark their imagination and provide a safe and engaging environment.
Come with curiosity. Leave with new perspectives and new connections.
See you there! ✨
