Foundations for Wellbeing: Mindset, Self-Care & Empowerment
A series of workshops designed to stand alone or be enjoyed as part of a connected journey. Each session explores different aspects of wellbeing, with mindset and self-care running throughout, and can be attended in any order or on its own. Session 4: Your Wellbeing Roadmap
This reflective session supports participants in defining what wellbeing means personally to them and creating a realistic action plan. Through discussion and simple exercises, participants will explore their priorities, strengths, and goals, and leave with a personal roadmap for supporting their wellbeing in daily life.
Participants will leave with:
- Their own personal definition of wellbeing
- A small, achievable action plan to support it
- One self care commitment they can realistically maintain
- Greater clarity and confidence in prioritising their wellbeing
