LADIES, come and join Whitby Running Club, once again as we run united as one big team to highlight the barriers many women face when exercising outside after dark. An opportunity to keep your running fitness alive during the dark night months. The run is lead by England Athletics qualifed Run Leaders, who will also share tips on safe running routes and clothing to make you be seen.Meet at the Lesiure Centre. 3.5 mile run - we all run together as one group.
