Our family / friend David Portales has been diagnosed with 3 cancers. In 2023, initially diagnosed with Kidney cancer on Good Friday. Removed Left kidney on May 30, 2023. Beginning of 2024, it appeared on both of his lungs. Started chemo in 2024. In December 2024 he was diagnosed with cancer on his skin. We #TeamDavid have came together to help raise medical and financial expenses that have and will occur with the illness. His fight is our fight he will not stand alone. A bike run is in the works stay tuned for more details.
We will be selling chopped beef sandwiches, chips and a cookie for $12. All drinks will be purchased at venue.
If you would like to help out for this cause we would greatly appreciate it. Here is a list of items we will be needing:
30 briskets
32 hamburger buns ( bag of 16)
11 boxes of 50 count chips
15 big bottles of BBQ sauce
100 Onions
20 Jalapeños gallon
20 Pickles gallons
4 packs of aluminum trays
1 big roll of aluminum foil
Any local bands or djs that would like to donate thier time please let us know.
Also if any one would like to donate for raffles that would help also.
It will be a kid/family event friendly.
