Get active, connect with nature and spend quality time together as a family. This session will help you learn simple wellbeing skills that support calm, confidence and connection.
Ideal for primary school–age children (4–11) but everyone is welcome.

Add the end of the session we will give you a copy of our Brent Reservoir Family Wellbeing Trail. You can enjoy this self-guided trail on the day of the event or whenever you revisit us. The route features fun, nature-inspired activities along the way.

· Please book one ticket per person. For example, a family of four will need four tickets.
· Arrive no more than 15 minutes before your booked slot.
· Parents and guardians are required to accompany their children during this activity.
· If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket on Eventbrite or contact us directly. This allows other families the chance to participate.
